Colnec is an innovative company based in Geneva and in the Rhône-Alpes region of France, specialised in designing and developing e-health solutions.
Project background
The project was born out of the desire to create a network serving chronic and complex patients and to enable true collaboration between healthcare professionals.

Various pilot and research projects have been carried out by the Colnec teams across health institutions in Switzerland and France.
A tailored solution
Developed with healthcare professionals, Colnec platform is easy to use and enables optimised coordination of care efforts. It can be used by all medical and medico-social professionals and allows them to provide care in a truly collaborative manner around the patient.

We are now releasing version 3 of our application. Our customers’ feedback is essential for its continuous improvement and broader adoption.
